6-foot, 160-pound lean athletic build. Solid at the plate, the left-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 91 mph. (63.65 mph bat speed average). (19.75 mph hand speed average). Starts in a tall stance with a smooth controlled load, then uses a short leg kick. Bat speed was quick, had a short flat swing plane and level finish. He barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Up the middle line drive approach. Athletic showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 88 mph; showed soft consistent hands, a quick exchange, and smooth feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. From a high ¾ slot, showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a long arm action. Clocked a 60 time of 7.11 at the event. Solid on the mound, showed quick arm speed with a ¾ arm angle and a long arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses easy effort. Showed consistent balance point and even shoulders. Lands open with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 85-86 mph and topped out at 87 mph; has control very consistent around the zone and running action with heavy movement. (Max spin 2163; Avg 2101). Threw a tight changeup (78-79) that showed fading action and arm side command. Shows control low in the zone and sweeping swing and miss action on his sharp slider (72-74). (Max spin 2269; Avg 2201).
