3/22/16- 6-foot-1, 175-pounder with a strong, athletic build. Loose arm action out of the high ¾ arm slot with a small swing back of his left leg before he delivers. Lands on line most of the time, occasionally can fall off to the side causing his pitches to tail out of the zone. Fastball sat 85-87 mph along with a 71-73 curveball with some depth. Competes and goes after hitters. Plays with passion. At the plate displayed quick hands with a good swing plane as he made consistent, solid contact. Ball jumps off the bat with good hand eye. Aggressive on the base paths and makes good turns. Makes the plays in the field.

7/13/15: Uncommitted incoming junior. 6-foot-1 175 pounds with a lean, athletic, and strong frame. At the plate he is quiet, relaxed, and gets a separation for his load. Nice swing plane and good bat speed. Some effort on the mound but everything stays in line. High ¾ arm slot. Could stay over the rubber a little longer and get better extension. 83-86 mph FB. 68-70 mph CB that has a ¾ break.
