10/15/17- Jacksonville recruit.  Athletic with a quick arm. There is some effort and comes from the working mostly with the upper half. Fastball ranged from 86-88 touching 89 mph.  Will make big strides as he learns to use the lower half more than relying solely on his upper half and quick arm. Spun a short, hard slider at 78-79 mph and a changeup at 80 mph. Pounded the zone and changed speeds well. Feel for pitching. Struck out five in two innings of work.

10/23/16- Uncommitted. He needed just 11 pitches to get through his single inning of work for Marucci Elite. Love’s quick arm generated a fastball that sat 85-88 with a hard, tight slider at 77-78.  Still growing, Love is currently 6-foot-1, 170 pounds, but has a lot more on the way in terms of size and velocity.
