6-foot, 185-pound strong athletic build. Projectable in the box, Demetree had a max exit velocity of 92 mph. Starts in a tall balanced stance with a smooth controlled load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is explosive, shows an upward swing plane and high finish. He found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap line drive approach. Solid showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 94 mph; had smooth athletic footwork, a clean natural exchange, and soft consistent hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a ¾ slot and a short quick arm action. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 7.06.

Body: 6-foot, 185-pound solid frame.
Hit: (RHH) Started in a balanced stance with a smooth low load, then used a leg kick. Above average bat speed. Good extension on his finish, level loose swing. Gap to gap approach.
Power: 89 mph exit velocity, average 81.51 mph. 63.50 mph bat speed average. 20.82 mph hand speed average.
Defense: (IF) Soft hands, athletic smooth footwork, fluid clean exchange. Above average. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front.
Arm: 92 mph infield velocity. Short arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.

Positional Profile: SS/3B - The lean, young frame is very projectable. Moves well and should stick at short with both hit and power upside.

Defense: Quick footwork, keeps them moving at all times. Glove out, smooth gather and balanced from field to throw.
Arm: RH. INF - 87 mph. Loose, high 3/4 slot. Extension out front.
Hit: RHH. Tall in the box with a simple stride and load. Really clears the hips well and gets into a hitting slot early. Hands remain independent and adjusts well while staying on plane through the zone
