Arm Action: RH. 3/4 Release. Intriguing four pitch mix with strong command for each offering. Along with the fastball, Harlow's first offspeed pitch was a low-70s changeup that presented some arm-side run. Also worked in two different breaking balls; an mid-70s slider with short downward action and a low-70s curveball with 12/6 action and well located low in the zone.
