In another look at the Georgia Commit this Spring as the RHP was highly impressive yet again. Standing a physical, athletic 6-foot-4, 190-pounds, Tillery deploys an easy operation on the mound with a loose and athletic delivery. Dialed in from the jump it was evident to see that the 4-pitch mix was clicking on all cylinders. The fastball lived 90-92 T93X3 and collected a heavy dose of in-zone swing-and-miss. Curveball showed good depth and was flipped over at 80-82. Slider held tight spin with late-bite at 81-84. Changeup was thrown at 81-82 with a feel to land R/R. Tillery would display present pitchability with the ability to go to any pitch in any count and kept hitters off-balance all afternoon. As he would strike out 6 across 7.0 IP of shutout ball in a huge region win. There is substantial projection within the frame/profile for Tillery. Name to watch down the stretch as he anchors the staff as SP1 of a stout Morgan County team.
