One of the more physical 2025 arms with arguably highest ceiling out of an exceptional ‘25 HI pitching class...love the loose arm with excellent arm action and delivery...has shown 90+, bumping 93-94 this spring is not far-fetched considering he's doing it with near zero effort...CHG has improved two grades over last two yrs = future plus, breaking ball continues to improve as well...stuff, command, confidence and demeanor all way up from a year ago and the LMU signee is one who MLB scouts need to see early next spring.
Pro-bodied 2025 RHP with excellent arm action, potential 93-95 spring 2025 & makings of quality secondary...6-02/180, ideal pitcher's frame, long arms, high waist, future Big League body...added muscle, especially to lower half, throwing just as hard with less effort now, up to 90 at this event (2294 spin) & nice downhill plane when got on top, chance to throw real hard, on track for 92+ this spring and not far fetched to project 94-95 senior year...former two-way (RHP/C), recently decided to focus as pitcher-only, already seeing results as feel for SL & CHG both much improved from year ago, good shape & finish to SL, flashed a few +action CHG (19.1 HM) with good arm speed, both makings of swing-n-miss pitches...young 2025 as turns 18 August 2025...great get for LMU where Toner could be a big contributor as a freshman...Hawaii #6 ranked 2025 (#1 ranked pitcher)...future MLB scout follow.
