Strong setup in box, slightly closed stance, easy body load with leg kick trigger, stays on and through contact, hard line drive contact to middle of field, 91 mph exit velocity. Clean exchanges, good direction, uses strong lower half, stays down and through on throws, solid accuracy to bag, 76 mph arm strength with 1.92-2.03 pop times. Avg. receiver, new to position, glove-hand is stiff at times, needs to improve mobility and quickness, should continue to develop at position. Above avg. bat in IA 2017 class.

3/13/16- 5-foot-10, 195-pound right-handed hitting catcher/infielder. Physical build with strong lower half. 7.28 60 time. Shows strength in bat. Square stance with small leg kick trigger. Stays connected well and generates bat speed. Hard contact to middle/pull side of field. Stays on and through baseball. 91 mph exit velocity off tee. New to catching. Has good durable frame for position. Should continue to improve and polish skills behind plate with reps and experience. 72 mph arm strength with 2.18 pop time. Has solid/ok hands in field. Heavier feet. Clean exchanges with good arm action and solid carry across diamond with accuracy at 79 mph.

5-foot-10, 180-pound 2-way player. Ran a 7.25 60. Slightly closed stance to contact. Leg kick trigger. Keeps front shoulder on at contact. Slightly off-time at this event. Shows ability to drive baseball to gaps. 86 mph exit velocity off tee. Showed plus accuracy and had carry on throws across infield at 80 mph. Continues to develop defensively. Arm is playable. Shows ok actions. Fields deep in stance at times. Strong lower half with good direction to plate. Will swing front leg around at times- landing slightly closed and across body. Some effort in delivery with feel for zone. Faster arm with short quick arm action. Fastball shows late cutting action at 79-81 mph. Breaking ball has 12/6 shape with flashes of late break. Changeup is plus pitch for Ryan with quality fade and depth with sink at 70-74 mph.

5-foot-10, 180-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder. Physical 2017 grad with lower half strength. 7.35 60 time. Creates good bat speed and shows quality hand-eye coordination in swing. When timing is right drives ball as well as any 2017 grad gap to gap. Good separation after contact. 91 mph exit velocity off tee. Shows soft hands fielding. High 3/4 –OT arm slot with carry and accuracy. Projects with bat and body as third baseman in future. 78 mph arm strength across infield.
