Young frame uses a big leg lift and stride to load and swing, front foot small dive towards the plate. Long bat path, hands cast away to enter the hitting zone. Consistent barrell in the BP rounds. More strength and bat speed to be developed. Middle infielder, small frame, breaks down to field, stop and start to throw. Low ¾ arm action across the diamond, good infield actions and instincts for age. Delivered accurate throws to the base. PITCHING: Freshman right hander uses drop and drive delivery down the mound, max effort delivery on fastball, slows arm on breaking ball. Loose wiry frame, more strength to be added. Pitches from high ¾ arm slot with long arm action out of the glove. Fastball/curveball mix. Fastball sat 66-71, topping out at 72, showed some arm side run at times. Breaking ball shows signs of becoming an out pitch, good shape with late break, thrown at 60-61.
