2/22/14: 5-foot-10, 185 pound junior was 1.94-2.06 with his pop times at the event.  Possesses above average feet behind the plate and receives it well.  From the crouch was 75 mph.  Offensively, starts open.  Long stride with a tendency to dive.  Possesses a good lower half with quick hands.  Gets to extension with projectable power.   

2/23/13: 5-foot-10, 180 pound sophomore catches in a wide base with average feet. Arm is quick but gets long on the backside. As Partlow cleans up the lower half his pop times should decrease dramatically. He showed advanced receiving skills for a 2015. At the plate, flashed barrel whip combined with a good athletic stance. Possesses good strength throughout his swing and projects to hit for above average power as a sophomore.
