Strong well-proportioned body strength. Strong hands and shoulders. Starts his swing with a shoulders width apart base. Has small methodical load up with rhythm. Hands are locked and loaded, behind his back shoulder, with a small open front foot. Shows a knee dip medium leg kick. He Lets ball travel deep in zone. Has some lift and angle up on bat path with strong bat speed and authority to get barrel to ball. Hits ball high and hard up in air as shows power stroke. In time will translate into more power results once timing occurs. His backside at times will lock up and not release weight transfer to lower half. His hands will continue through plane of swing, which helps him recover. Good actions and instincts on defense. Glove and arm work well as 1B. Alert and aggressive style player with chance to hit at next level. Ran a 7.5 60-yard dash time that needs to improve as he works at his gait. Showed very good bat speed measurable that is above average.
