6/13/17:  6-foot-2, 215 pound first baseman has a wide setup with minimal load and fast barrel turn. Good lower half use.  Slightly uphill bat path with gap to gap power.  High exit velocity of 90.  Defensively, hands are sure with clean transfer and release.  Throws from a high 3/4 slot with throws that topped at 76.

2/19/17: 6-foot-1, 215 pounds.  Offensively, the RHH hits from a slightly open setup, short stride, smooth load. Partial rotation with the lower half, average balance.  Above average bat speed, showed the ability to get to extension, creates lift on the baseball.  Registered a high exit velocity of 90 mph.  Defensively, produced pop times of 2.22-2.34. Long exchange, raw footwork.  Throws topped out at 73 mph. Defensively at 1B, shorter ¾ arm action, throws topped at 73 across the infield.  Footwork is flat, clean exchange, average hands around the bag.  Ran a 7.65 in the laser-timed 60 yard dash.
