6/12/18: Left handed hitting 2019 C prospect. Showed good bat speed from a tall athletic setup. Smooth load with an uphill bat path. Displayed good power and used both gaps in BP. Behind the dish showed wide setup, clean exchange with slightly above average arm strength at 78. Throws were accurate to 2^nd during pops and were in the 1.93-1.94 range. 

 
2/17/18:  5-foot-10, 165 pound catcher is a high contact hitter with ability to use all fields.  Slightly open setup, fluid load.  Compact, level path through contact.  Good balance throughout.  High exit velocity of 78mph.  Defensively, he has very quick feet and transfer behind the plate.  Short arm action, high 3/4 slot.  Throws were accurate at 79mph with some carry.  Pop times ranged between 1.93-2.01.

 
6/13/17:  5-foot-10, 170 pound left-handed hitter has a direct bat path with line drive approach.  Average bat speed, ability to use all fields.  Good balance and use of lower half.  High exit velocity of 76.  Behind the plate, stays low with quick transfer.  Above average arm strength with accuracy.  Pop times ranged between 1.99-2.04.  In the infield, hands are smooth with clean transfer.  High 3/4 slot, accurate throws topped at 81mph.  

12/3/16:  The 5-foot-10 160 pound infielder hits from an athletic setup with an early stride.  High back elbow into a back load.  Short, direct path to the ball.  Compact swing with above average bat speed for age.  Line drive hitter who uses all fields.  Defensively, hands are sure with quick transfer.  Arm action is short, strong.  Throws topped at 80.  Behind the plate, Ginder has a quick transfer and fluid footwork.  Throws were accurate at 73.  Pop times ranged between 2.04-2.11.  Ginder ran a 7.28 60yd dash.

2/28/16: 5-foot-9, 150 pounder was 2.06, 2.12 and 2.19 with his pop times, 74 from the crouch.  Possesses quick feet behind the dish.  Needs to quicken up the transfer.  Good short arm action.  Solid for a 2019.  Offensively, hits from a crouch type setup, high hands. Loads back.  Short stride.  Average use of his lower half with good balance. 2-part swing. Average bat speed, short/level path.  Line drive type hitter.  

6/22/15: 5-foot-8, 147 pounder ran a 7.43-60.  Defensively displayed sure hands with fluid feet.  Clean exchange and plays through the baseball well.  Short, high ¾ arm action across the diamond at 69 mph.  Behind the plate possesses quick feet.  Hands are firm, tendency to stab at the ball.  Long arm action, pop times were 2.04-2.15 and was 69 from the crouch.  Offensively, hits from a balanced setup.  Smooth load, short stride.  Good balance.  Overall good approach to the ball.  Short, level path to the baseball with the ability to get to extension.  Line drive hitter with good rhythm.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 70 mph.  

2/22/15: 5-foot-7, 145 pound 8^th grade receiver was solid behind the dish for an 8^th grader.  Hands are firm.  Showcased good footwork, needs to quicken up the transfer.  Pop times were 2.22-2.27 and was 68 from the crouch with good accuracy. Good actions for his age up the middle.  Possesses good hands with fluid feet.  Clean exchange.  Fundementally sound defensively.  Just lacks arm strength, but should develop as he matures.  Across the field was 75 mph. Offensively the LHH, displayed a quiet approach to the ball with good balance.  Fundamentally sound swing.  Recorded a high exit velo of 75 mph.
