4/14/15 GAME NOTES: 6-foot, 150 pound junior looked bigger as he took the mound. Delivers from a high 3/4 arm slot with above average arm speed and good athleticism and control throughout the delivery. Finishes athletically. Fastball was straight with some command problems early in the game. Settled down as fastball sat 81-83. Breaking ball was up but got hitters out with sharp 11/5 break. Sat 70-74.  

2/22/14: 5-foot-11, 140 pound sophomore was 78 across the diamond.  Shows above average hands and feet.  Moves well and plays through the baseball. Needs to increase foot speed in order to stay up the middle. At the plate starts in a balanced setup and shows early rhythm.  Bat speed is average.  Swing path is long.  Good balance throughout the swing.  On the mound pitches from a high 3/4 lot with above average arm speed.  Shows good direction in the delivery.  Fastball topped out at 79.  Breaking ball shows an 11/5 shape with sharp break.  Changeup was 73-75 with fade.
