His curveball sat 71-72 mph with sharp 11/5 shape at times, and a change-up that sat in the low-80s with fade and depth through the zone. Okes struck out 13 in 20 innings pitched last season, and will look to provide quality innings for this year’s Trail Blazer team.

He is a drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses high effort in his delivery. Shows even shoulders off the mound. He was clocked sitting at 80-81 mph with accuracy with running movement. His changeup (73-74) had consistent accuracy and some action. His curveball (71-73) has slight action and low in the zone accuracy.
