Drake Carnahan is a 2029 RHP/SS from Fishers (IN) with a strong, athletic 5-foot-11, 175-pound frame and intriguing two-way upside. Offensively, the right-handed hitter shows a short, simple operation with fast hands that deliver a level barrel, producing an 89 mph max exit velocity, 72.1 mph average, and a 301’ max distance. On the mound, Carnahan works from an athletic delivery with a long arm action and a more over-the-top release, showing some feel for spin on a 61–63 mph curveball and 64–66 mph slider, along with a 70–72 mph changeup. His fastball topped at 77 mph with 2100+ rpm. At shortstop, he flashed natural, athletic actions with a lengthy exchange, and his 80 mph arm plays across the diamond. A 7.44 runner with a 23.5” vertical, Carnahan offers a well-rounded skill set and projects as an athletic follow in Indiana’s 2029 class.
