Gideon Harris is a 2028 SS/OF from Silver Creek (IN) with a proportional 6-foot-1, 180-pound frame and a well-rounded foundation of skills. Offensively, Harris shows a short, on-time hand load that pairs with a clean, on-plane path and solid extension, creating a swing with plenty to like mechanically. His 86 mph max exit velocity hints at more to come as he matures physically, and gains in strength and explosiveness will pay dividends. Defensively, he’s a sound glove man with above average hands, showing proper footwork despite lacking elite foot speed. The arm action is compact, though it currently lacks carry (74 mph INF velo).
