+ '27 SS Gio Ardizzone (Roncalli) showed very well, bouncing back from injury after seeing varsity time at Roncalli as a freshman. The athletic, 6-foot, 165 pounder showed best in the box, with an easy, well-timed loading mechanism that helps produce a well-sequenced, loose-wristed swing. His hands are accurate and he clubbed multiple balls over 90 with his best leaving at 94.7 mph. On the dirt, the hands are solid and he shows above average range laterally, to go along with average arm strength across.
