Cosey, a projectable young arm that stands at 6-foot-2 and 170 pounds, provided an upside look in his 'pen. There is some intriguing sling in the arm action that produced a fastball up to 80 mph, a number that will surely improve with added strength and mechanical refinement. Far from a finished product, Cosey walked away as a young arm to follow in the coming years.
