Hit: (RHH) Starts in an athletic stance with a quick load, then uses a leg kick. Above average bat speed. Good extension on his finish, rotational swing. Gap to gap approach.
Power: 93 mph exit velocity, average 74.55 mph. 63.89 mph bat speed average. 18.61 mph hand speed average. Top 2 velo of the day.
Defense: (IF) Developing hands, smooth footwork, packing exchange. Capable. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front.
Arm: 84 mph infield velocity. 84 mph outfield velocity. 74 mph catcher velocity. Quick arm action, ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.
Speed: 7.51 (60-yard).
FB: T82. 79-82 mph.
CB: 69-71 mph.
CH: 74-78 mph.
Medium frame athletic body. Strong legs and good strength through his shoulders. Starts swing with pinched in knees. Displayed a quarter collapse back leg, slight lean back from front to upper half. Draws back his hands and barrel to a locked position and bat path through zone gets in and out quick. Sweep across upper body is off rhythm to his swing as top handed dominant and needs to incorporate more bottom hand in swing. Let his hands work more free and loose. Has some good strength in the barrel and will improve as he matures and understands his strength. Had good feet set up to play defense. Arm was accurate and quick transfer. Range was good. Ran a 7.58 60-yard dash, which can improve as he runs more and gains strength in his stride.
