Currently competing for a spot in the Rebel weekend rotation, the 6-foot-6 right-hander runs his fastball in the 91-94 mph range to go along with a plus curveball in the low-80s. He also throws a split change at 81-83. For Parkland last spring, Parenteau logged 46.1 innings, punched out 74 and allowed just 24 hits for a 1.94 ERA.

Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Good pace to a delivery that is relatively lower effort. Arm is clean/should have more velo in the tank.
Fastball: Works downhill. Above average pitch that projects for more. 83-86 mph.
Curveball: Spins two different breaking balls that have their own shape. The sharper of the two looks to be the slider but breaking ball is more than playable.
Changeup: Splitter. Quality third offering with dive through the zone at 74-78 mph.
Pitchability: Strike thrower.
