INF/RHP Tall square shouldered frame and good overall athletic body strength. Has frame that will fill out and get stronger and quicker as he matures in time. Has an erect stance at start of his swing. Pinched in knees, has smooth hands to deliver the barrel to impact. His hand position to start is near his shoulders as he lays barrel on back shoulder to start trigger. Has a toe tap load up with slight jump out front to extend to ball on barrel path. He has full swing through contact and follow through. Strong gap-to-gap hitter and power projected in future. Ran a 7.21 60-yard dash Glove, feet and range all work on defense. Willard displays that he has instincts to play infield with good arm and accuracy. As a RHP, he starts his delivery from middle of rubber with a large slide step to left side. Shows an abbreviated delivery with an H ¾-arm slot. His pitches are accurate and repeats his delivery well. FB 84-86, CB 69-71, CH 74, SL 71-75. Good athlete that can maintain as two-way player into the future at next level. Good effort overall.
