Hit: SH. Open stance, short stride to even, quiet hands. Short quick stroke, line drive contact, works the middle of the field. Similiar swings from both sides of the dish - true switch-hitter.
Power: 93 max exit velocity, averaged 83.1 mph. 297' max distance.
Arm: RH. INF-87 mph.Shorter arm action w/ quickness from a H 3/4 slot. Arm is a tool.
Defense: Fluid feet, soft hands, and a quick exchange. Quality defender w/ some lateral quickness. 3B type
Run: 7.18 runner in the 60.

Position: 3B/SS
Body: 5-foot-11, 172-pound athletic build.
Hit: (Switch) Confident. Started in an open stance with a tight compact load, then used a controlled stride. Quick efficient bat speed. Balanced finish, simple uphill swing. Gap to gap approach.
Power: 95 mph exit velocity, average 87.3 mph. 67.8 mph bat speed average. 22.2 mph hand speed average.
Defense: (IF) Soft hands, athletic fluid footwork, natural exchange. Athletic.
Arm: 89 mph infield velocity. Very quick arm action, an-over-the-top slot.
Speed: 7.19 (60-yard).
Cromartie recently began switch-hitting, and spent much of the weekend hitting from his unnatural left-handed side while facing a multitude of right-handed arms, and did not appear overmatched or awkward. An athletic 5-foot-9, 150-pounder who has smooth actions on the infield with clean hands, Cromartie has a simple approach from both sides with quickness of the hands present. While there is more twitch seen when hitting from the right side, his ability to switch-hit looked like it could become a permanent fixture.
