Towering 6-foot-6, 200-pound frame with significant projection and one of the higher-upside profiles in the class. Left-handed arm with a loose operation, though still searching for repeatability in the delivery. Fastball works 77–79, T80, with low spin (1585 avg rpm) and downhill angle that creates uncomfortable looks for hitters. Secondary offerings are developing – slider at 72 mph (1444 rpm) with short shape, and a 71–73 changeup (1295 avg rpm) that shows feel. Big-bodied lefty with long levers, present inconsistencies, but a premier frame and foundation to dream on. If the delivery syncs up and the velocity climbs as expected, the upside is significant.

Countryman is another youngster that showed off a high ceiling with his ultra-projectable, 6-foot-5 frame. He lifts quickly to a tall balance point and he keeps the ball moving with a shorter arm circle to produce a fastball up to 81 for now, a number that should jump with strength gains and mechanical refinements. His low-70s change is his best secondary at the moment, while the breaking ball is still in the development stages.
