Jackson Pate is a 2028 RHP/3B with a strong 5-foot-11, 220-pound build and two-way potential. On the mound, Pate works with a slight drop-and-drive move from a balanced, repeatable delivery. His loose, longer arm action gets to a ¾ slot, producing a fastball that sits 74–77 mph (T77) with some sink. He also mixes a low-spin 58–61 mph curveball and a 61–68 mph changeup that shows flashes of feel. At the plate, the right-handed hitter starts from an open stance and utilizes a short stride, working a top-hand dominant swing with heaviness through the barrel and intent to lift.
