A well-rounded 2029 follow, Buntin shows a clean, balanced operation on the mound and athletic actions on the dirt. The 5-foot-8, 150-pound right-hander works in-line with a clean ¾ arm slot, running the fastball up to 77 mph with some life and clear signs of more to come. His curveball already stands out for the age, flashing bite at 60–62 mph with advanced spin (2364 rpm), while the changeup (65–67 mph) shows early feel. Positionally, he moves with athletic ease, showing sure hands and a clean arm across (75 mph INF). The right-handed bat works from a tall, relaxed setup with a short stride and fast hands, producing an 88 mph max exit velocity with 277-foot pop.
