+ Payton Morgan, RHP, Terre Haute South: I really liked the way this arm worked and it provides some upside to the immature-looking, 5-foot-9, 140 pound frame. The frame should mature and grow, but the arm action is full & fast and should be able to hold velo jumps as strength comes. His fastball came out at 78-80 and he spun a 68-69 breaking ball that showed 10/4 shape. Morgan showed a sinking, low-70s change to round out his three pitch mix.
