Lackman showed very well, especially at the dish, in my first look - with one of the more polished swings of any underclassman at this event. He toe taps with quick pace as a small barrel tip to trigger the swing is made. He turns the barrel on-plane deep in the hitting zone and gets to extension while showing the ability to use all fields. He produced near-90 mph exits despite an immature 5-foot-10, 140 pound frame. As strength is gained, I expect this bat to become impactful.
