2/16/19 – Foltz is a long limbed and lanky framed 6-foot-3, 195-pound, right-handed hitting corner infielder in Kansas’ 2020 class. He ran a 7.69 60 and posted an exit velocity of 90 mph, one of the tops at the event. During hitting evaluations, Foltz shows a simple load, in line stride, long limbs leverage up front side, quick hands, level bat path, minimal head movement, showed hard gap-to-gap contact during round. Defensively, Foltz is quick off the base, attacks the baseball, clean transfers, three-quarter release, positional velo of 79 mph, mostly accurate throws.
