Fastball
Rise+
A fastball with rise has a high percentage of backspin. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher fly ball percentage. Rise+ of 100 is MLB average
Slider
Hammer+
A hammer breaking ball drops vertically with velocity through the zone, or 12-to-6 movement. Hammer+ of 100 is MLB average.

+ A trio of teammates from Wichita Collegiate, OF Isaac Vanderburg (2026), INF/OF Mason Bond (2027), and C Maddox Drumright (2027), put together strong showings on both sides of the ball in this event. Drumright, who made his Prep Baseball debut on Tuesday, showed plenty of room to add strength and size in a 5-foot-11, 156-pound frame. He showed off his quick (21.9 mph average hand speed), strong hands with a short rotational stroke that produced a top exit velocity of 87.1 mph. His strength came from behind the plate where he led all catchers in velocity (75 mph) and had the second best pop time of the day (1.97-2.18).
