12/12/15 - 5-foot-7, 148-pound RHP uses shorter arm action and works through a high-3/4 arm slot with normal effort, consistently throws strikes with all three pitches, fastball shows occasional arm-side run at 73-76 mph, throws a solid curveball at 62-65 mph with 11/5 action and good depth, changeup is a solid pitch thrown with good arm action at 65-69 mph, does a good job staying behind the changeup producing good sink and fading action. Seiter lacks some velocity but shows very good pitchability.
