Hit: (LHH) Starts in an athletic balanced stance with a smooth load, then uses a short stride. Above average bat speed. Good extension on his finish, simple swing. Aggressive approach.

Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Throws from a ¾ arm slot with a smooth arm. Could get more out of his lower half.
Fastball: 74-75 mph fastball was mostly true through the zone but did show some fade at times.
Breaking Ball: 64-66 mph breaking ball showed slurve shape with really tight spin and lots of bite.
Changeup: 69-71 mph changeup was mostly with some fading action at times.
Pitchability: Pretty good command of his three pitch mix.
Role: Shows what would look like starter stuff from a 2023. Solid fastball velocity for a 2023, a useable, effective changeup, and a well above average breaking ball for his age. Breaking ball should develop into a really quality offering as he adds strength and velocity in high school.
Body Type: 5-foot-9, 175 pounds. Athletic build.
Swing Mechanics: Hits out of a wide stance in the box with a quick swing process. Bat path was slightly uphill and he did well taking energy into each swing with intent.
Hit: Made solid contact on some pitches in the round with hard line-drive results.
Power: 75 mph exit velocity. Power was mostly presented middle to opposite field.
Offensive Projection: TBD for now as he continues to grow.
Run: 5.25 seconds home to first.
Field: Glovework showed average ability for his class as he works through the ball more efficiently. Footwork is improving in swiftness and mobility. Plenty of time for development in this young athlete.
Throw: Showed nice arm strength and accuracy with a 75 mph throwing velocity.
