Notes
Pitching Notes: Jack has wipe out breaking balls, both the slider and curve ball are nothing short of knee buckling. When Jack gets that Velo jump and its coming no doubt he is going to be at the top of the arms list in The Commonwealth. He possesses an incredible arsenal and will be a top priority for many college programs. Jack already has three plus spin rate pitches that put him in the top 25% of College pitchers
6-foot, 165-pound lean frame. Good physical projection. On the
mound, showing quick arm speed, had a 3/4 arm slot with a loose arm action.Has a tall balance point and even shoulders. Lands square. His fastball was 80-82 mph with a max of 83 mph; good arm-side run on fastball. His changeup (75-76)
had command low in the zone and fading action. Threw a tight 11/5 curveball (72-74) with sharp downward action. Showed a 3-5 mph velocity increase since last summer. Certainly an arm to keep an eye on in the 2022 class.
