6-foot, 180-pound RHH with strong frame, hits from an open and wide stance and squares up with a short stride, produces occasional lift at contact, showed good bat speed during exit velocity testing, has power potential. Showed improved arm strength from previous event but pop times were slightly higher due to slower release and less accurate throws, receives the ball well, does a good job keeping footwork online, runs well for the catcher position. Keck is a 2018 prospect to keep an eye on.

6/29/15 - 5-foot-11, 170-pound right-handed hitter hits from an open stance with a short stride, short swing path, line drive type hitter with gap to gap approach and good round of BP, shows some bat speed with 81mph exit velocity, ran a 7.28 60 yard dash, went 0-for-3 in game play making contact in each at bat. Showed 72 mph velocity from behind the plate with a short ¾ release, has room for quicker footwork, 2.08-2.12 pop times with some accurate throws to the bag.
