A fastball with hop has a flat approach angle and visually jumps through the zone. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher swing and miss average. Hop+ of 100 is MLB average.
Fastball
Sink+

Fastball
Rise+
A fastball with rise has a high percentage of backspin. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher fly ball percentage. Rise+ of 100 is MLB average
Curveball
Hammer+
A hammer breaking ball drops vertically with velocity through the zone, or 12-to-6 movement. Hammer+ of 100 is MLB average.

6-foot-1, 225-pound right-handed hitting first baseman. Showed a very good feel at first base and the foot work is solid. The instincts on the bases are very good. The bat has power in it, and there is a ton of power potential in the barrel. He is a very good player with a good feel for the game.

The changeup was 72-74 mph with minimal fade. The delivery was repeated and the leg lift was small and simple. The feet have some crossfire to them. The bat had an exit velocity of 94 mph. The setup was athletic in stance and hands worked freely. The approach to the baseball in the outfield was under control and he threw 78 mph.
