Andrew Fancher: SS/RHP, (2028) Mashpee, MA. 135-pound athletic slim build. Projectable during batting practice, Fancher displayed an exit velocity of 82 mph, Ranks #2 with EV at the event. Started in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then used a small stride. Bat speed is developing, shows a flat simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found multiple barrels with loud contact. Line drive approach. Athletic and capable while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 78 mph; had developing in control footwork, a clean natural exchange, and developing hands. Fielded the ball out front with developing athletic movement laterally. Used a consistent loose arm action and a ¾ slot. Projectable on the mound, shows developing arm speed, he had a ¾ arm angle and a consistent arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. He has in line shoulders and a consistent balance point. Lands closed with recoil finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 77-78 mph; has control arm side around the zone and running sinking action. Has glove side around the zone command and sweeping action on his curveball (63-64). Had arm side command and gradual fading action on his changeup (67-68). Had glove side around the zone command and slurvey action on his tight slider (67-68). 

Andrew Fancher: SS/RHP, (2028) Mashpee, MA. 5-foot-8, 120-pound. (62.5 mph bat speed average). (21.5 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a quick stride. Bat speed was efficient, displayed a simple flat swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 72 mph; had consistent hands, a natural exchange, and quick footwork. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, using a compact arm action he showed consistent arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort.
