Ben Griffith: RHP/SS, (2023) Shrewsbury, MA. Binghamton Commit, 6-foot, 165-pound lean athletic frame. Above average and advanced on the mound, showed above average arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle with a very quick loose arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. He has in line shoulders and a consistent balance point. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 89-90 mph; had control arm side in the zone and running action. (Max spin 2346; Avg 2228). His changeup (76-78) had arm side around the zone command and gradual fading action. Has a wipeout slider (77-78) that shows glove side in the zone control and sweeping action. (Max spin 2548; Avg 2411).
Ben Griffith: SS/RHP, (2023) out of Shrewsbury, MA. is a 5-foot-11, 165-pound prospect. During batting practice, Griffith recorded an exit velocity of 86 MPH, with a (69.02 MPH bat speed average) and (21.89 MPH hand speed average). He starts in a balanced, athletic stance with relaxed hands.
