Brian Foley: RHP/OF, (2022) Milton, MA. Massachusetts-Lowell Commit, 6-foot-3, 200-pound long lanky frame. Consistent direction to the plate, used a very quick loose arm action and a high ¾ slot. Above average and projectable on the mound, showed quick above average arm speed, he had a loose very quick arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Feel type pitcher and used some effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with recoil finish. Threw his fastball 88-90 mph; shows arm side control and running action with heavy movement. (Max spin 2420; Avg 2284). His changeup (80-81) has fading action and arm side command. He showed command around the zone and swing and miss tight action on his sharp slider (77-78). (Max spin 2248; Avg 2202).
