Brody Beale: SS/2B, (2026) Boston College, MA. 170-pound athletic projectable build. Projectable and confident at the plate, the left-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 88 mph. (66.0 mph bat speed average). (19.9 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then uses a small stride. Had a simple flat swing plane, quick bat speed and good extension on his finish. He barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Projectable in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 88 mph; had a natural fluid exchange, developing soft hands, and developing athletic footwork. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed a high ¾ slot and a loose quick arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. Projectable on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle and a quick loose arm action while showing developing arm speed. Up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. Has a consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 84-85 mph; showed arm side control and running sinking action. (Max spin 2480; Avg 2288). Showed slurvey action and glove side around the zone control on his curveball (69-70). (Max spin 2181; Avg 2127). Had gradual fading action and arm side around the zone command on his changeup (70-71).

Starts in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then uses a small stride. Bat speed was developing, displayed an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. He produced loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic while in the infield, made throws up to 82 mph; has a clean natural exchange, athletic developing feet, and developing hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing athletically. Using a loose quick arm action, showed consistent accuracy to the bag from a high ¾ slot. Recorded a time of 7.55 in the 60-yard dash.
