6-foot-2, 165-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and pitcher. He ran a 6.91 sixty at the event. The approach in the outfield is solid and he moves athletically. He threw 82 mph during the outfield portion of the workout. The foot speed may allow him to play all 3 spots out in the outfield. The bat has an exit velocity of 86 mph. The setup is wide, front foot open to start. The front foot closes down and he produces a sweep type path to contact. The frame can add strength and weight as he matures in age. On the mound, the fastball was up to 78 mph with arm side run. The spin pitch is 69-70 mph and big in shape, needs a bit more fastball hand speed to it. The changeup was 70-71 mph and solid in shape.( split grip changeup) The delivery is online and the slot is loose at the 3/4 mark. The tempo is solid and the arm works well. I believe he is already a low 80's guy with more to come as the arm is quick and free.
