5-foot-11, 170-pound left-handed pitcher, showed the best we have seen him up until this point. The fastball touched 81 mph, true arm side run from the left-hander. The breaking pitch is slurvy in shape, touched 71 mph. The changeup is 68-71 mph and improving. The delivery in online and the tempo is quick. The lift is athletic and repeated. The arm works well out of a plus ¾ slot. The tracking of the front shoulder is done well. The addition of physical strength will aid in another velocity jump. The arm is quick, good follow.
2.11.2018
5-foot-11, 160-pound left-handed pitcher from Chelmsford. The bullpen session was excellent as he hammered the strike zone with his pitches. The fastball has arm side run and he commands it, sat at 77 mph. The spin pitch is slurvy, sits at 61 mph. More fastball hand speed is needed to aid the development of the pitch. The changeup has the shape, sits at 63 mph. The delivery is online with his feet, comes at you out of a slightly higher than ¾ arm slot. The glove side is positioned well and he stays with his arm. Solid prospect that with a velocity spike could make a jump.
5-foot-11, 160-pound left-handed pitcher and outfielder. In the outfield, showed an athletic approach to the ball and a clean throwing arm. Threw 80 from the outfield with quickness to the arm. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 78 mph to it. Hits with an open stance. Swing is long and flat to the ball. Gets through contact with extension. The frame needs physical strength to aid the bat. On the mound, where I believe his future is, the fastball touched 79 mph with good arm side action to it. The secondary stuff showed better this time around. The slider touched 67 mph and did the changeup. The secondary pitches need to be thrown with fastball hand speed. The delivery is athletic and on line. Small coil at the top of the lift as he makes his way into foot strike. The arm comes at you out of a ¾ slot and it is quick. The actions are loose and he projects to be a mid 80’s left-handed with good secondary stuff.

5-foot-11, 160 pound quick armed left-hander with a bright future on the bump, pitches for the Noreasters program. The delivery is athletic and on time. Does a good job of trying to stay with his arm. The delivery is athletic and on-time with his feet. The tracking is done well as he stays closed all the way through. Only thing I saw was he tended to slow his arm down on his secondary stuff, the spins are correct so with confidence his secondary stuff should be good. Fastball touched 79 mph with arm side run. The slider has great shape, sitting at 65mph. The changeup is 67, needs to be thrown with fastball hand speed.
On the mound, showed extremely well. The fastball has good left handed life to it, touching 80 mph. The slider is steadily improving, as it's an out pitch at 71 mph. The changeup is getting better as he showed it at 71 mph. The limbs are long and his frame is small. The arm really works and he has a good idea how to pitch. Like on the mound. In the field, played a solid outfield, getting off the ball and tracking well. Ran 4.5 down the line on the dig. Hits out of a even stance and a step to the ball to initiate contact. The frame needs strength, tee exit velocity of 82 mph. See him pitch down the road.
On the mound, he is a quick armed left-hander with good feel for his delivery. Fastball had true left handed action at 77 mph. Also showed a quality changeup at 68 mph, which had fade and depth to it. I like his arm, its fast and clean. As he gets taller, he could be a guy down the line. Positionally, he threw 76 mph from the outfield with carry and a clean arm swing. The approach to the ball was simple and on time. At the plate, had a tee exit velocity of 75 mph. The swing is clean and the hands work nicely. He hits out of a wide base and he showed the ability to spread the field with his barrel. He stayed in position at contact and didn't try and do too much.
