Sladen Johnson: 1B/LHP, (2026) Barnstable, MA. 5-foot-11, 175-pound lean athletic frame. Above average and projectable at the plate, the left-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 92 mph. Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a wrapping handsy load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed was quick developing, showed an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. In his round he found lots of barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Above average, showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 86 mph; has athletic developing feet, developing soft hands, and a natural twitchy exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a high ¾ slot and a very quick loose arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag.

Began in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then used a small stride. Bat speed was quick developing, uses an uphill loose swing plane and a front foot finish. He barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and projectable recorded an outfield position velocity of 84 mph; has a natural exchange, athletic developing feet, and developing soft hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic developing movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a high ¾ slot with a loose quick arm action. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.7. Athletic and projectable on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a loose consistent arm action while showing developing quick arm speed. Up-tempo type pitcher who uses some effort. Displays in line shoulders with a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 77-78 mph; had control arm side around the zone and running sinking action. (Max spin 1669; Avg 1540).
