MD Preseason All State
Athletic thin frame at 5-foot-10, 140-pounds. Ran a 4.35 home-to-first time. Hits from an athletic, square stance from the right side with hands back and set high. Small pickup to put down stride landing square, barrel gets on plane early with a flat path, and lower half finished completely. Swing has pull-side tendencies with an exit velocity of 82 mph. Feet were active on approach to ground balls in the infield and he gained ground working through the ball. Hands were soft with a quick clean exchange and a short arm action throwing from a low three-quarters slot at 68 mph.
MD Top Prospect Games
Athletic, lanky body type. 5-foot-9, 155 pound frame with room to grow and fill out. Hits from an athletic, balanced, slightly closed stance. Uses a small leg kick load for rhythm and timing with a short stride. Good lower half involvement and some bat speed present. Short, level swing path with an exit velo of 76 mph. Line drive type hitter. Athletic in the infield, moves well and plays through the ball. Nice hands and a clean exchange. Short arm actions throwing from a low three-quarters almost sidearm slot. Ran a 4.21 home-to-first.
