Body: 6’0’’, 175 pounds. Long, athletic frame with good proportions.
Hit: RHH. Balanced, slightly open stance with natural loose appearance in the setup; the hands work calmly back outside the shoulder for stretch coupled with a short toe tap stride to initiate the bat head through a slightly uphill attack. Generated consistent line drive/fly ball contact through the middle/pull side of the field. Stayed within himself flashing ready bat speed through impact, especially evidenced on the inner half.
Power: 90 mph exit velocity during BP per TrackMan.
Arm: RH. C - 78 mph. Whippy, moderate arm circle with no restrictions.
Defense: Pop times ranged 1.95 - 2.13. Solid receiver from traditional, really attacked the ball in the catch/throw phase with high intent in transfers/release out in front. Pre-catch rhythm was evident with repetitively clean exchanges at the ear. Transferred weight throughout the lower half accurately with balance through release. Added some feel for soft walls while blocking.
Run: 7.66 60-yard time.
