Positional Profile: OF/SS
Body: 5’8”, 150 pounds. Athletic
Hit: RHH. Hits from an open stance with a wide base. Smooth back load and stays short to the ball with quick hands and a level swing path. Generates some lower half involvement. Showed nice extension and a strong two-handed finish. Gap-to-gap line drive approach with pop.
Power: 85 mph exit velocity from the tee. Ball jumps off the bat, present power to the alleys with more developing.
Arm: RH. OF - 85 mph. Throws with shorter arm action from a high three-quarters slot.
Defense: Plays through the ball in the outfield with quick footwork. Fields the ball out in front on the glove hand side showing fluid, clean exchanges.
Run: 4.26 home-to-first time.
MD Top Prospect Games II
Strong, athletic body type and 5’8’’, 150 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, athletic, open stance at the plate. Smooth back load with a small leg kick used for timing. Creates some hand separation and showed a short, level swing path. Stays behind the ball well and generates some lower half involvement. Strong two-handed finish, quick hands, and quick bat speed. Gap-to-gap line drive type hitter with some pop. Recorded an 81 mph exit velocity. Athletic and moves well in the infield. Plays with active feet and works through the ball. Presents the glove well out in front from a strong, athletic base. Quick, clean exchanges to first and actions on double play feeds to second. Funnels the ball to chest and throws with short arm action from a three-quarter slot at 76 mph across the diamond. Works through the ball in the outfield with fundamental footwork. Throws with slightly longer arm action from a three-quarter slot. Ball showed some carry at 77 mph to the plate. Ran a 6.78 60-yard time.
