The 5-foot-11, 153 pound right-handed hitting infielder is a good looking prospect. For a young hitter, the swing is athletic and shows juice gap to gap. The setup begins slightly open and gets back to square during the load. The load is short but gets him into a position to take advantage of his aggressive lower half. The hands are loose and really whips the bat head through the zone. He also had the highest tee exit velocity at the event at 92 mph and also ran a 7.7 sixty at the event.Defensively, he was nursing a sore arm but showed his athleticism with the glove. Taking ground balls at third base, he gets into a good ready position. The feet are soft and the glove is relaxed out in front of the body. As the ball is hit, the feet glide to the spot and he gets into a good fielding position. He also showed the ability to move laterally. This is a good looking young infielder! He’s athletic defensively and the bat is already a good tool.
