Pitching: On the mound a tall left hand pitcher showed an above average feel for three pitches. Fastball shows some late arm side run with a heavy feel. Mixed in a fastball with a cutter feel. Sharp breaking curve with depth. Fading change up with the makings of a plus pitch.
Swing: Sets up at the plate with a wide approach at the plate keeping his hands back, shows a front leg lift and aggressive. Makes loud contact at the plate while crushing the ball with authority. Produced a 99 mph exit velocity while swinging wood. Ran a 7.07.
Fielding: Long strides in the field working towards the ball, takes a step and throws with a loose arm action 90 mph from the OF.
Mechanics: Steps right with a toe tap pivot moving to his letter high balance point.
Fastball: Throws downhill with a heavy feel on the pitch sitting 81-83 mph. Showed late arm side run.
Curve: Sweeping action on the curve with a late harder break 66-68 mph.
Change up: Stays on top of the pitch throwing with a sinking feel 70-72 mph.
6-foot, 150 pound prospect has a long body with clean actions. Steps back, pivots and throws from a high 3/4 arm angle. Fastball sat 75-77 mph filling up the strike zone. 56-60 mph curve. 71 mph change up.
