Hitting: Athletic left hand prospect sets up with a bent knee stance. Has a slight open stance showing clean contact at the plate. Throws his hands at the ball. Working the middle of the field and pull side.
Fielding: Pats the glove, then begins to approach working low. Fields off his right leg, moving to his crow hop and long arm action throw.
Pitching: On the mound works at a moderate pace and repeats his motion each time. Has an easy arm action throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle. Fastball was 68-71 mph.
Swing Mechanics: Upright, athletic stance with an uphill swing path.
Hit: Spray hitter that worked to all fields. Top of the order guy who could be a table setter.
Power: Occasional power, more of a gap to gap approach. 72 mph exit velocity.
Run: 7.07 runner who we could see running 6.80 range by senior year. Quick twitch and an explosive first step.
Field: Works clean through the ball. Shows a bounce in his step.
Throw: 71 mph from OF. Loose/clean arm. Should see more velocity gains.
