Ayden VanEnkevort: OF/SS, (2022) Holt High School, MI. 6-foot-2, 185-pound. Smooth athletic in the box, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 85 mph. (66.8 mph bat speed average). (21.4 mph hand speed average). Begins in an open stance with a compact controlled load, then uses a toe tap stride. Has flashed explosive bat speed, short swing plane and level good extension on his finish. Had some loud contact and found lots of barrels. Line drive approach. Smooth in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 90 mph; had a quick exchange, quick consistent footwork, and sure hands. Athletic throwing from the outfield, he displayed power in his arm with throws up to 93 mph;shows consistent aggressive feet, sure hands, and a clean fluid exchange. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.29. (Max spin ; Avg ).
