Posky has an athletic 6-foot-1, 175-pound build with broad shoulders. He stands upright with low hands and uses a big stride. He creates a lot of separation and has a downhill plane to his swing. His exit velocity was 87 mph and he ran a 4.57 home-to-1st. On the mound, he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action and quick arm speed. His fastball sat 85-87 mph with late run. He showed two different breaking balls as his curveball had 11/5 action and sat 71-73 mph while his slider had 10/4 action and sat 74-76 mph. Both breaking balls had late, sharp action and he showed the ability to use his lower half well with his delivery.
